Payment Methods

• Esewa/Khalti
• Fonepay
• Ime Pay
• Direct Bank Transfer

 

Payment

The price of the product is quoted in our site which excludes the delivery cost. The payment for all orders should be done before/at the time of delivery.

 

Returns

Items to be returned should be unused and undamaged. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Returns made beyond this time frame will be refused.

 

No Refunds

Items purchased online are eligible for exchange only unless the product is damaged.

 

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale aren’t subjected to any exchange or return online or from our physical store.

 

Delivery

The order processing time can take between 1-2 days after order inside Kathmandu Valley and 2-5 days for orders outside valley. The delivery cost varies on the location, product size and product weight.
